My family has spent years running trails and loving the forests and waterways of the Pacific Northwest. With so much beauty in every direction, it was easy to assume it would always be there.

Working with Capitol Land Trust changed that perspective. Conservation is a living system of people, places, relationships, and decisions, all moving together. Much like the land itself, the closer you look, the more you see how deeply everything is connected.

As Campaign Marketing Director for its first capital campaign, I helped introduce a refreshed brand while building awareness, strengthening donor relationships, and creating a clearer path from first introduction to lasting support. Across storytelling, social media, events, video, and donor communications, the work helps people understand what is at stake, feel connected to the mission, and find their own reason to give.
