Rebrand & Product Campaigns / TSCU

During the rebrand from Twin Counties Credit Union to TwinStar Credit Union, I worked closely with the in-house creative team to help guide a smooth transition across a large, multi-branch organization. The focus was alignment, making sure the new brand showed up clearly and consistently for both employees and members.

Building from the established brand guidelines, I helped translate the new identity into practical, everyday print and digital touchpoints. The work wasn’t about reinvention. It was about thoughtful integration, helping the brand feel familiar, steady, and easy to recognize as it moved into its next chapter.

Alongside the broader rebrand, I also helped conduct focus groups to better understand younger members and their needs. That work informed the development, branding, and launch of a new teen account, which became the Financial Outfitters effort to bring in new accounts and build early, lasting relationships.
